Clay Clayton - Managing Director

Our company is driven by Managing Director Clay Clayton of Clayton Enterprises, Clayton Management Group and F & B Imagineering. Clay is a renowned hospitality specialist. He has a strong background in various professional roles including, five star executive hotel roles in Sydney and Gold Coast, as well as Gaming and Club Management experience in one of Australia's most successful sporting clubs. Clay has also had several years of self employment experience, with successful businesses such as, cafes, bars, restaurants, food & beverage consultancy, fruit and vegetable shops and a busy Sydney city food supply business.

Clay has an Advanced Diploma in business management and a large variety of tertiary qualifications and training achievements. Clay is also a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor; with extensive experience with recruitment and training for a major five star hotel chain that was also a leading registered training organisation.

Clay has been involved in a number of million dollar refurbishment projects for the design and establishment of new bar and restaurant concepts.

Clay is well respected in his field by his team and his peers. He has built a dynamic company on professional ethics and standards.

Clay is a founding member of the organising committee of the World's Greatest Pubcrawl, he is a Director on the Fraser Coast and South Burnett Tourism Board, and is also involved in various other committees, business and community associations.
