New Acquisition Announced

We are pleased to announce that Clayton Enterprises has secured the freehold contract for the acquisition of the Bayswater Hotel in Hervey Bay. This is a strategic expansion for Clayton Enterprises attaining a premium venue in the Hervey Bay market. The company now has a broad hospitality product that caters for various demographics within the region.

Managing Director Clay Clayton said, "We are excited about taking over the Bayswater Hotel, we believe that it is an outstanding hotel that has exceptional potential. We have extensive plans for this venue in the coming 12 months".

Takeover is scheduled for mid May 2010.

Criterion Refurbishment Completed

The refurbishment of the nightclub and the newly created LIVE BAR has been completed. We have invested over $100,000 in producing a more modern hotel for patrons to enjoy with the latest DJ mixing and sound equipment, as well as the new MEGA screen. The next stage will be the renovation of the top two floors of the hotel - coming soon....

Criterion Refurbishment in FULL FORCE!

The Criterion Hotel refurbishment commenced in mid October and the improvements are being laid out throughout the entire venue.

Check out the new Front Bar with a mixture of live muso's and popular DJ's every weekend.

We are building one of the best entertainment venues on the Fraser Coast.

Post Office Hotel Refurbishment Stage 1 Completed

Stage 1 of the refurbishment for the Post Office Hotel has been completed. We now have a revamped main bar area surrounded with great plasmas and LCD's with all of your favourite sports on live with AUSTAR.
