Paul Robins - General Manager - Bayswater Hotel

Paul joined the Clayton Enterprises team with the acquisition of the Bayswater Hotel in 2010. Paul was selected as a result of his positive achievements with the hotel over the past 3 years; he had shown consistent improvement in business performance and had developed a strong and loyal team that were committed to the success of the venue. Paul has over 13 years of management experience with large and successful hotels in both Queensland and New South Wales. Paul has a strong focus on business and personal integrity, team building, and open communication; combined with his knowledge of the venue and industry experience - Paul will be a valuable asset to the Clayton Enterprise team and we are confident that he will be a driving force behind the future growth of the Bayswater Hotel.
