New Acquisition Announced

We are pleased to announce that Clayton Enterprises has secured the freehold contract for the acquisition of the Bayswater Hotel in Hervey Bay. This is a strategic expansion for Clayton Enterprises attaining a premium venue in the Hervey Bay market. The company now has a broad hospitality product that caters for various demographics within the region.

Managing Director Clay Clayton said, "We are excited about taking over the Bayswater Hotel, we believe that it is an outstanding hotel that has exceptional potential. We have extensive plans for this venue in the coming 12 months".

Takeover is scheduled for mid May 2010.
